Keystone by Seven Six
There's a moment most people in demanding careers recognise, even if they've never quite put it into words. The work is good, the expertise is valuable and respected. Somehow though, there's a gap, something missing or simply not quite landing the way it should — and the path forward isn't as clear as it once was.
That moment means something. It's worth paying attention to.
It could be that you're not being seen or heard at the right level. Maybe you're thinking about a move, into something that's more commercial or more senior and you're not sure where to start. Maybe you've already made that move and it's not what you expected.
Perhaps someone else made the decision for you. A promotion that looked like progress until you were in the role and the support wasn't there.
Sometimes it's simpler than any of that. You just feel stuck — not broken, not lost, just unable to see the next step clearly. You need someone to sit with you in that space, help you look at it differently, and find a way through.
Whatever brought you here — you're welcome. And you're not alone in this.
Every conversation starts in a different place — and wherever that is, it's the right place to start. There's no wrong reason to reach out and no expectation of how prepared or certain you need to be. Some people arrive with a clear destination and need help closing the gap. Others arrive needing to find the destination first. Both are fine. The pace and direction are yours.
What I bring is a career spent at exactly the intersection most professionals at this crossroads are trying to reach — and years of walking alongside people making these transitions at SLB. Not one of them had a straightforward path. Every one of them got there.
That's the foundation Keystone is built on.
The first step is simply a call. No agenda, no commitment, no pressure. Just a chance to talk about where you are and whether this feels like the right fit.
If something on this page has stopped you — reach out. That's enough of a reason.
